Sometimes you simply need a little extra help. You may have a project that is missing targets and needs to be brought back into line or it is proving too much for a designated member of staff. We have project managers who you can engage on a day to day basis for the duration of the job, in an ‘overview’ role where they visit site periodically or on a remote basis, whereby they work from our offices but are, to all intents and purposes ‘your’ project manager. This is an excellent way of keeping your costs down whilst retaining the required level of control.

The team at Intrinsic Risk Management Ltd. can handle all aspects of carrying out any remedial works following our assessment or survey. Working within your budget we will manage the entire project from writing specification documents, engaging appropriate contractors and overseeing the works to completion of the project.
