Clients
At Intrinsic Risk Management we take immense pride in the number of clients who come back to us year after year. Below is a small sample of those companies, across various sectors.
Education
We have extensive experience in primary, secondary and tertiary education providing a cost effective solutions for numerous education providers throughout the UK. Clients who have benefitted from Intrinsic Risk Management's pragmatic, jargon-free advice include:
Keble College Oxford, Cranford Community School, Hampstead School of Art, Aylesbury Grammar School, Chiltern Academy, Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies and Bearbrook Primary. Industrial
Industrial premises have the potential to be very complex with a combination of higher risk processes, larger workforces and extensive buildings. At Intrinsic we have the depth of knowledge and experience to deliver pragmatic assessments and advice to enable companies to run their facilities in the safest possible way.
ResidentialFrom large blocks to small HMOs, Housing Associations to private landlords, Intrinsic have carried out fire and H&S assessments on literally hundreds of residential buildings. HospitalityArkells Brewery are the oldest company in Swindon and one of the oldest breweries in England still owned and managed by the same family. As well as brewing exceptional beers, Arkells own 92 public houses, both directly managed and tenanted. In 2018, Intrinsic Risk Management took over all aspects of the fire safety management of their pubs.
As well as carrying out fire risk assessments, we liaise with Dorset and Wilts Fire and Rescue Service helping to manage the relationship between the service and the brewery. The outcome has been that all Arkells pubs are now compliant with legislation and their tenants no longer face unannounced visits from enforcing officers. This has been a classic 'win-win' situation: Arkells management are confident that their pubs are 'safe' in terms of fire safety and D&WF&RS know that suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments are in place and that the pubs are being actively managed. Care Sector
The residential care and healthcare sectors have particular issues due to the vulnerable nature of their occupancies.
