Intrinsic Risk Management Ltd is a hub consultancy. We have a network of the most experienced practitioners from around the country and match the most appropriate consultant to your specific needs. A good assessor is a sum of their training and experience. All our assessors are committed to ongoing development, building upon their initial training, often to degree level, and hold the third party accreditation that demonstrates their ability in their specialist field. All our consultants are experienced trainers, keen to impart the knowledge built up over their careers.

Richard has a background in the events and entertainments industries, working on a variety of indoor and outdoor events including conferences, trade shows and music. He spent seven years operationally with Bucks Fire and Rescue and is a fire safety consultant for the Fire Protection Association. He has worked with Jack Morton Worldwide, Scottish and Southern Energy, National Grid, Grundon Waste Management, Richer Sounds, East and North Herts NHS Trust, South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) amongst many others. |
With 35 years in the fire brigade in London and Oxfordshire, Dave literally wrote the book on spill control having authored the home office manual ‘Fire and Rescue Manual – Environmental Protection’ when he was on the CLGs Chief Fire and Rescue Advisers Unit. Dave has an unrivalled experience across a wide range of competencies including fire management and investigation, environmental protection, chemical risks and H&S. Dave has worked with a huge number of prestigious organisations across the globe including Unilever UK, British Sugar, Health Protection Agency as well as governments worldwide. |
In a relatively short time within the risk management industry, Fraser has established himself as an effective and knowledgeable assessor. He is responsible for our pub chains – Arkell’s Brewery, Donnington Brewery and Dodo Pub Company – many of our residential and social housing clients and a diverse selection of other clients including Keble College Oxford, Finders Keepers, Oxbotica and Bicester Village retail outlet.

Justin has 35 years of experience working across different functions, cultures and geographies to improve business performance based on best practice.
The middle years were focused on establishing technical methods, process, tools, training and assessment of service delivery to maintain and drive standards quality, safety and customer service. In the past 10 years he has been responsible delivering sustainability strategies to meet the growing requirements of legislation, customers and employees for environmental, social and ethical business practices. Clients include Otis, Autoglass, Barratt, Nokia, an NHS managed service company and the UK’s leading provider of solutions for wastewater treatment plants. |
